Company History

In 1956, William L. Brewer (pictured to the left) and his wife, Mary Ann, started the William L. Brewer Heating Company. They worked hard to make the company grow along with raising 3 children. In 1972 their daughter, Karen, joined the business as the office manager.

William Brewer incorporated the business in 1978. In 1981, their son, Brian, joined the business, and eventually, the name changed to Wm. L. Brewer & Son Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

The business is now owned and operated by Brian and Karen. They take pride in being able to continue their father’s goal of providing quality, personal service to all their customers.
